Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At ALYCE Paris, we have been committed to providing you with exceptional service and a seamless shopping experience since 1967. If you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below to ensure your request meets the requirements.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your item(s) back for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit never expires.

General Return Policy

Purchased from a store, boutique, website, or any other third party that is NOT alyceparis.com:

  • For any returns and questions about your product, please reach out directly to the retailer where you purchased it from. Unfortunately, ALYCEParis.com cannot process or accept returns for items not purchased through our official website, www.alyceparis.com.

Purchased Through ALYCEParis.com:

  • Full-priced items purchased on our website can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the confirmed delivery receipt timestamp.
  • Please email our Concierge,        ap-concierge@alyceparis.com, to make an exchange.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Store credit will be issued for the total amount of the order minus shipping costs, discounts and promotions. Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returning Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in new, unworn condition with original security tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be free from signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant marks, odors, stains, or alterations.
  • Items without tags or that show signs of wear or damage are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Worn or damaged items returned will not be refunded.
  • Include all original packaging, such as dust bags and tags.
  • Security or brand tags must remain intact in their original, unaltered state and positions.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to the sender at their expense.


 

Return Process for Products Purchased Through ALYCEParis.com

  1. You must first request a Return Authorization number:
    • Email ap-concierge@alyceparis.com to request a return authorization.
    • Do not send items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
    • In cases where a return is rejected, additional shipping fees will apply to send the items back to you.
  2. Shipping the Return:
    • Use ONLY the return label emailed to you by ALYCE Paris to send your item(s) back.
    • Any return shipping charges, duties, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  3. Timeframes:
    • Returns must be received by ALYCE Paris within 14 days of your confirmed delivery receipt timestamp.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return is received for processing.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days of approval.
    • You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

Return fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs may apply for rejected returns.


Additional Return Guidelines

  • Import Duties/Taxes: Non-refundable, as they are collected by customs in your country.
  • Promotional Costs: Any promotional or free shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

ALYCE Paris complies with all applicable returns and refund laws. By submitting your return request, you acknowledge and agree to the return policy outlined above.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.  Some orders can be modified or canceled. To Verify, Please Email                             ap-concierge@alyceparis.com .

Policy Compliance

ALYCE Paris reserves the right to monitor and flag excessive return activity. In cases of unusual or excessive returns, we may restrict or close accounts.
